1. Credit/Debit Card Online Payments
We accept the following cards for online payments : Visa, MasterCard.

 

All of the goods and services available in our online store can be purchased by using a credit or debit card.

 

For security purposes, we do not retain or use credit/debit card numbers.

 

II. Conditions and procedures for delivery
We deliver the orders by courier services globally. Depending on location the courier may differ.

 

Orders are processed in order of receipt. Tracking numbers will be provided once your parcel is picked up. Please allow the courier time to collect and deliver your product before contacting.

 

Delivery time depends on the availability of goods in stock. If at the time of ordering all of the selected products are in stock, the dispatch and delivery will usually take between 1and 3 weeks, depending on your location. If you order a product that is not in stock, we will contact you and we shall discuss the planned delivery date. We try to deliver orders to customers as soon as possible.

 

Orders are sent with the full advance payment.

 

Shipping cost depends on your region and the selected method of delivery. This will be advised at the point of checkout.

 

III. Procedure and conditions for return
The return of products, that are in the same state as when dispatched, is possible within fourteen (14) days after receiving the package.

 

In order to return the product it is important that the goods are not used, of damaged in anyway.

 

To enable a return you must complete the returns form that is attached to the parcel. Goods supplied shall be accepted for return only when this form is completed. The consumer is responsible for all returns costs, and ensuring the goods are successfully received at the returns destination.

 

A payment to the same card your use to purchase the product will be made only when:

 

Biomedis Global have received the product are checked for damage and faults.
confirmation from the company that the returned product is in an acceptable condition.

 

It is recommended that you pay to have your parcel tracked, to ensure the item does not go missing during transit.

 

2. The return of the goods where the product has not performed as stated, is possible within six (6) months from the date you receive the parcel.

 

The product should be returned following authorisation from Biomedis.global, and will undergo a series of tests to validate the request. You will be responsible for shipping costs and remain responsible until the product is confirmed as received at the returns location.

 

It is recommended that you pay to have your parcel tracked, to ensure the item does not go missing during transit.

 

3. Refund

 

Any refunds agreed will be processed using the original payment method. The refund will not include any shipping costs.

 

The originals of all documents related to the return of funds should be maintained until the funds are paid back to your account.
